The Annual general meeting of the above Community Council was held on Tuesday 11th June 2002 at Kilmelford Village Hall.
Present:
Council Members: Angus MacFadyen (Chairman), Neil Manchester (Secretary), Colin Clark, Jamie Mellor, Dorothy Carmichael, Jayne Brown (Treasurer)
Also in attendance were Cllrs Alan Macaskill and Duncan MacIntyre, and three members of the public.

1 Chairman’s Annual Report
The chairman wished to thank all attendees at the meeting. He also thanked Cllrs Alan Macaskill and Duncan MacIntyre for their efforts over the last year.
The chairman highlighted various activities that the community council had been involved in over the last year, and looked forward to dealing with issues in the coming year, such as strategic and local plans, wind farm applications and various community projects.
The chairman thanked all the community councillors, and also the Kilninford Newsletter team for producing an informative newsletter.
2 Treasurers Report
The treasurer advised the meeting that in the year ending 31st March 2002 the balance of income over expenditure was £130.63.
3 Approval of Provisional Accounts 2001/ 2002
The secretary indicated that the accounts had still to be sent to the auditor, but they provisionally showed a total cash position of £815.52
4 Election of Officers for 2002/2003
It was unanimously agreed that the council officers would be re-elected as per the previous year.
The office bearers for the year 2002- 2003 are as follows:-
Chairman - Angus MacFadyen
Vice-chairman - Colin Clark
Secretary - Neil Manchester
Treasurer - Jayne Brown
5 Any Other Business
There was no other business.
6 Close of Meeting
The chairman thanked all those present, and with no further business closed the meeting at 9.20 p.m.
