Community Council Minutes Back to top

The minutes from one meeting are reviewed and approved at the next meeting; therefore we will usually be at least one meeting behind in displaying actual minutes. When possible, an informal, unofficial summary of the most recent meeting will be provided as soon as possible after the meeting - and later replaced when the actual minutes are available.

When looking at any particular meeting's report, it should be clear whether it is an informal summary or a copy of the approved minutes. Note that formatting issues are possible during the conversion from the official minutes to the Web presentation.
